The L-LAS-LT-350-SL is a slim-line laser triangulation sensor designed for precise non-contact distance measurement, featuring a 670 nm Class 2 semiconductor laser (<1 mW) with either a 0.3 mm laser spot (-P) or 0.3 mm x 3 mm laser line (-L) option. It offers a reference distance of 350 mm (13.78 in), a typical measuring range of 510 mm (20.08 in) from approximately 90 mm to 600 mm (3.54 into 23.62 in), and a resolution of 150 µm (0.0059 in) with ±150 µm reproducibility. The sensor includes dual analog outputs (0–10 V and 4–20 mA), configurable PNP/NPN digital outputs (bright- or dark-switching), RS232 communication with optional USB/Ethernet conversion, and operates on 24 VDC with IP54 electronics and IP67 optics protection. Housed in black anodized aluminum (approximately 65 x 55 x 20.6 mm), it supports scan frequencies up to 2 kHz and features integrated interference and red-light filters for stable measurement performance. This sensor is well suited for industrial automation, automotive manufacturing, metal processing, plastics production, packaging systems, and general quality control applications requiring high-speed, mid-range displacement measurement.
