The L-LAS-LT-130-SL Series is a slim-line laser triangulation sensor designed for precise distance measurement with a reference distance of 4.92 inches (125 mm) and a typical measuring range of 1.97 to 7.87 inches (50 mm to 200 mm), providing approximately 5.91 inches (150 mm) total range. It features a Class 1 semiconductor laser (670 nm, <0.39 mW) available as either a 0.3 mm diameter spot (-P) or a 0.3 mm x 3 mm line (-L), requiring no additional protective measures under normal operation. The sensor offers typical resolution and reproducibility of 40 µm, ≤0.25% linearity of full scale, and a maximum measuring frequency up to 2 kHz (3.3 kHz) . Electrical integration includes 4–20 mA and 0–10 V analog outputs, configurable PNP/NPN digital outputs (bright- or dark-switching), RS232 communication, and a 24 VDC supply, all housed in an anodized aluminum body rated IP54 (electronics) and IP67 (optics) . Parameterization is performed through the Windows® L-LAS-LT-Scope software, allowing adjustment of laser power, output polarity, tolerance windows, exposure time, and evaluation modes for flexible industrial applications.
