The L-LAS-LT-20-AL is a high-resolution laser line sensor designed for precision measurement applications, featuring a 670 nm Class 1 red laser with a typical 3.5 mm measuring range and 1 µm resolution. With a reference distance of 19.5 mm and integrated CCD line detector (512 pixels, 2048 subpixels), it is well suited for fine edge, gap, and thickness measurements in automated environments. The sensor offers flexible integration via RS232 (with optional USB or Ethernet converters), 0–10 V or 4–20 mA analog output, and three digital outputs configurable as PNP bright-switching, PNP dark-switching, NPN bright-switching, or NPN dark-switching.
