The TLB-CON2 is a constant light amplifier designed for use with fork and split light barriers in industrial automation systems. It supports both NPN and PNP outputs, offers bright- and dark-switching modes, and features a high switching frequency of 25 kHz. Built in a rugged IP64-rated anodized aluminum housing, it includes diagnostic LEDs for dirt detection, object presence, and signal status. Users can fine-tune performance using integrated potentiometers for gain and threshold, and a jumper allows selection between dynamic or fixed threshold correction. The TLB-CON2 is compatible with a wide range of Sensor Instruments' FKB and SLB series light barriers via 8-pin connectors.
