Product Description

The FLB-CON1 is an electronic control unit designed for use with select FLB and TLB series sensor frontends, capable of detecting extremely small objects down to 50 μm. It offers both digital (PNP/NPN, bright/dark switching) and optional analog (0–10 V) outputs, with configurable sensitivity and pulse length via 5-step switches. Status LEDs indicate switching state (red/green) and dirt accumulation (yellow), supporting quick diagnostics during operation. The unit operates within a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to +60°C), is housed in a compact anodized aluminum enclosure, and provides IP64 protection. It is not compatible with certain FLB-F, FLB-H, and FLB-V models, which are specifically excluded from supported configurations.
