The FLB-CON1-Qinv-15kHz is a high-speed electronic control unit designed to interface with FLB series frame light barriers, offering a switching frequency of 15 kHz for fast object detection. It provides an inverted dynamic digital output and supports an analog signal output of 0–10 V, useful for real-time monitoring or integration with analog systems. Operating on +12 to +32 VDC, the unit is reverse-polarity and overcurrent protected for industrial reliability. It connects to sensors via an 8-pole Binder Series 712 connector and outputs to PLCs using a 4-pole M8 connector, simplifying integration.
