The FLB-CON1 is an electronic control unit designed for use with select FLB and TLB series frame light barriers and sensor frontends, enabling detection of very small objects down to 50 µm. It features configurable sensitivity and pulse length via 5-step switches, with both analog (0–10 V) and digital switching outputs available in PNP or NPN types, including both bright- and dark-switching modes. With an operating range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to +60°C), IP64-rated aluminum housing, and LED indicators for switching state and dirt accumulation, the unit supports industrial applications where precision detection and reliability are critical. It is particularly suitable for high-speed, small-part detection in automation, packaging, or quality control environments, when used with compatible sensor types like FKB-...-P and SLB-...-P.
