Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-50-DIL-ANA is a true color sensor designed for precise color, contrast, and grayscale detection with a typical measuring range of 0.39 to 3.94 inches (10 to 100 mm) and high-speed performance up to 90 kHz. It utilizes an 8x white-light LED with a 3-color filter detector to mimic human color perception and provides flexible outputs including 2 digital (NPN/PNP selectable) and 3 analog signals for PLC integration. The sensor supports advanced features such as teach-in for up to 3 colors (or 64 in group mode), multiple evaluation algorithms, and RS232 communication with PC-based parameterization software. Typical applications include color verification in manufacturing, detection of labels or packaging variations, quality control of printed or coated surfaces, and monitoring of luminous objects such as LEDs or displays.
