Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-100-COF-CL is a true color sensor designed for precise color detection, contrast detection, and grayscale evaluation in industrial automation. It uses a super-bright white-light LED and a 3-color filter detector to measure colors with a typical sensing range of 60 mm to 240 mm (2.36 in to 9.45 in) depending on the model variant. The sensor can store up to 31 colors and features a fast scan frequency up to 35 kHz, along with configurable digital outputs and RS232 communication for integration with PLCs and Windows® software. Typical applications include color verification in packaging, sorting and quality control on production lines, detection of printed marks or labels, and monitoring the color of luminous objects such as LEDs or displays.
