SPECTRO-1-50-FCL-IR Single-Channel Contrast Sensor

Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-50-FCL-IR is a single-channel contrast measurement sensor designed for high-speed and high-resolution detection tasks using 9x IR-LEDs (860 nm), with a typical working range from 20 mm to 150 mm. It features advanced signal processing capabilities including dynamic averaging, brightness correction, and automatic threshold adjustments, with output options via analog (0–10V or 4–20mA) and digital (NPN/PNP-switchable) interfaces. The sensor is immune to ambient light in AC mode and can detect self-luminous objects when the internal light source is disabled, making it highly versatile across lighting environments. Applications include turbidity detection, intensity monitoring of LEDs or displays, and general-purpose contrast or grayscale measurements in industrial automation or process control. With IP67-rated optics and a robust aluminum housing, the device is well-suited for demanding environments ranging from -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to +55°C).
