Product Description

 

The SPECTRO-3-DIL-SL is a compact true color sensor designed for precise color, contrast, and grayscale detection in industrial automation. It uses a diffuse super-bright white-light LED and a 3-color filter detector to reduce gloss effects and reliably detect colors at typical object distances of 5 mm to 50 mm (0.20 in to 1.97 in). The sensor can store up to 3 taught colors (up to 64 in GROUP mode) and operates with scan frequencies up to 85 kHz, with configurable digital outputs that can function as NPN or PNP for PLC integration. Typical applications include color verification in packaging and assembly processes, sorting and quality inspection on production lines, detection of printed marks or labels, and monitoring luminous objects such as LEDs or displays.
