The SLB-01 is a compact split light barrier sensor system from the TLB Series, designed for precise detection tasks. It features high resolution and repeatability, detecting objects as small as 50 µm (DC) or 300 µm (AC), with a maximum range of up to 100 mm in AC operation. The optical system uses a 905 nm IR-LED with collimated beams and includes a daylight rejection filter (RG715), enabling reliable performance even under ambient light up to 5000 Lux. The sensor units are housed in anodized aluminum, are IP67 rated, and come with a PUR-sheathed, oil-resistant cable (500 mm or 1000 mm length). It can be connected to either constant or pulsating light amplifiers, offering flexibility in various applications. Operating temperatures range from -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to +80°C), making it suitable for industrial environments.
