Product Description

The L-LAS-TB-8-CON1 series is a high-precision laser line sensor system designed for non-contact measurement, featuring a visible 670 nm Class 1 laser and a typical measuring range of 8 mm per unit with resolution down to 1 μm. It uses a CCD line detector with 1024 pixels and supports both analog outputs (0–10V or 4–20 mA) along with digital outputs configurable as PNP or NPN switching, while also offering master/slave configurations, RS232 communication, and Windows-based software for easy integration with PLC and industrial automation systems. Typical applications include precision thickness measurement, edge detection, gap and position control, and quality inspection in manufacturing processes such as metal processing, plastics, and electronics assembly.
