Product Description

The L-LAS-TB-75-MA is a high-precision laser line sensor system designed for non-contact measurement using a visible 670 nm laser and CCD line detection, offering a typical measuring range of 72 mm with resolution down to 16 μm. It features flexible integration with analog outputs (0–10V or 4–20 mA), digital PNP/NPN switching outputs, and RS232 communication for configuration via Windows software. The system is built with a durable anodized aluminum housing and supports industrial environments with IP54/IP67 protection and operating temperatures from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to +50°C). Typical applications include manufacturing and automation industries such as automotive assembly, electronics production, packaging inspection, and material handling where precise dimensional or position monitoring is required.
