The L-LAS-TB-100 series is a laser line sensor system designed for precise measurement applications using a visible 670 nm Class 1 laser with a typical 100 mm light curtain. It features a high-resolution CCD line detector (16 µm resolution) and supports measuring ranges up to approximately 98 mm per unit, with transmitter-to-receiver distances up to 2000 mm. The system includes flexible outputs (0–10 V or optional 4–20 mA), multiple digital I/O, and RS232 connectivity with Windows® software for configuration and monitoring. Housed in durable black anodized aluminum, it is built for industrial environments and offers user-friendly setup via teach functions, LEDs, and adjustable tolerance settings.
