Product Description


The L-LAS-RL-30-... is a reflected light line sensor designed for precise position or width measurement of objects within a 30 mm measuring range at a 75 mm reference distance. It features a 512-pixel CCD line detector with typical 30 µm resolution and can detect objects as small as 0.15 mm, making it suitable for fine dimensional inspection. The sensor uses ring illumination with 9 LEDs (white, red, blue, or UV depending on model) and offers three digital outputs configurable as PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching, plus one selectable 0–10 V or 4–20 mA analog output. Housed in black anodized aluminum with IP64 electronics and IP67 optics protection, it operates from -14°F to 140°F (-10°C to +60°C) on 24 VDC power. Typical applications include edge detection, gap and width measurement, presence verification, and tolerance monitoring in automated manufacturing, packaging, electronics, and material processing systems.
