Product Description

The L-LAS-RL-10-…-CL is a reflected light line sensor designed to measure the position or width of objects using CCD line detection technology. It uses ring illumination with 9 LEDs (white, red, blue, or UV depending on the model) and operates at a reference distance of 33 mm (≈1.30 in) with a typical measuring range of 10 mm (≈0.39 in). The sensor provides high precision with a typical resolution of 10 µm (≈0.00039 in) and can detect objects as small as 0.05 mm (≈0.002 in). It includes 3 digital outputs (PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching), 2 digital inputs, and 1 analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) for integration with PLC systems. Configuration and parameter settings can be performed through Windows software via an RS232 interface, and the device operates on 24 VDC power with scan frequencies up to 750 Hz.
