Product Description

The L-LAS-LT-55-RA is a laser line triangulation sensor designed for high-precision distance measurement on highly reflective or glossy surfaces such as glass. It features a Class 2, 670 nm red line laser (<1 mW) with a typical 10 mm measuring range, starting at 50 mm from the housing edge, and offers a resolution of 3 µm with ±3 µm reproducibility . The sensor includes a CCD line detector (1024 pixels, 4096 subpixels), integrated interference and red light filters, and operates at scan rates up to 200 Hz. It provides one analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), three configurable digital outputs (PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching), and RS232 communication for Windows®-based parameterization .
