Product Description
The L-LAS-LT-37-RA is a laser line sensor designed for high-gloss and reflective surfaces, operating in an angle of total reflection for precise distance measurement within a typical 4 mm range starting at 35 mm from the housing edge . It uses a 670 nm, Class 2 semiconductor laser (<1 mW) and a CCD line detector with 1024 pixels, achieving a typical resolution and reproducibility of 1 µm . The sensor is available with either a 0–10 V analog output (L-LAS-LT-37-RA) or a 4–20 mA analog output (L-LAS-LT-37-RA-4/20), along with three configurable PNP/NPN digital outputs and two digital inputs . It operates on +24 VDC (±10%), features IP54 electronics and IP67 optics protection, and supports parameterization via RS232, USB, or Ethernet using Windows® L-LAS-LT-Scope software . Housed in black anodized aluminum with a maximum scan frequency of 200 Hz, the sensor includes integrated optical filters, LED status indicators, and teach/tolerance adjustment functions for industrial measurement applications.
