The FLB-CON1 is an electronic control unit designed for use with FLB series frame light barrier sensors, capable of detecting extremely small objects down to less than 50 μm with high precision. It features both digital switching outputs (PNP/NPN configurations including bright/dark switching options) and an optional 0–10 V analog output, along with adjustable sensitivity and pulse length via 5-step switches for flexible tuning. The unit operates on 12–32 VDC, includes LED indicators for switching state (red/green) and contamination (yellow), and is housed in an IP64-rated anodized aluminum enclosure for industrial durability. The FLB-CON1 is commonly used for small part detection in automated assembly lines, wire and filament break detection, quality inspection of fine components, and high-speed counting or presence detection in packaging systems.
