The FKB-06-TPN is a fork light barrier sensor from the TLB Series, designed for high-resolution object detection and offered with infrared (IR) or visible red (VIS) light beam options. It supports multiple fork sizes (5/10, 10/10, 10/15 mm) and aperture diameters (from Ø0.4 mm to Ø1.2 mm depending on light type), with minimum detectable object sizes as small as 10 µm in DC mode. The sensor features a rugged anodized aluminum housing, IP67 protection, and operates in temperatures from -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to +80°C). It includes a PUR-sheathed shielded cable with either 500 mm or 1000 mm length and uses an 8-pin Binder 712 circular connector for electrical connection. The unit is resistant to ambient light interference (up to 5000 Lux) and is well-suited for industrial environments requiring precise and stable detection.
