Product Description

The A-LAS-F12-C is a fork-style analog laser light barrier that uses a visible red Class 1 laser (670 nm) to provide a 0–10 V analog output when connected to a compatible control unit, as it cannot operate standalone. It features a compact anodized aluminum housing with an IP67 rating and offers a wide range of aperture and fork size options for flexible integration across applications. The sensor delivers precise measurement performance with a measuring range up to 6.5 mm, along with high repeatability and stability due to integrated optical filtering that minimizes ambient light interference. It is well suited for high-resolution detection of small objects, with adjustable sensitivity and gain via external control electronics. Typical applications include edge detection, diameter and thickness measurement, small part detection, and precision positioning in automated manufacturing, packaging, and quality inspection systems.
