Product Description

The A-LAS-F10 is a fork-style analog laser light barrier sensor designed for high-precision detection and measurement of small objects, featuring a visible red laser (670 nm) with a 0 to 10 V analog output. It offers a measuring range up to 4 mm (≈0.16 in) depending on the selected aperture, with high reproducibility and sensitivity down to approximately 1% of the aperture size. The sensor requires an external control unit for operation and includes adjustable gain, threshold, and signal processing via compatible electronics. Its rugged anodized aluminum housing with IP67 protection and resistance to ambient light make it suitable for industrial environments. Typical applications include edge detection, diameter or thickness measurement, wire and fiber monitoring, and precision part positioning in automated manufacturing systems.
