Built for: oils (hydraulic/engine/lube), greases, brake fluids, paints & solvents, glues/resins, sealants, and other process liquids.

Delivers: stainless or aluminum construction to 10,000 psi, 9 flow ranges from 0.0016…0.53 to 0.93…119 GPM, and ±0.5% or ±1% accuracy with ±1% repeatability. 

Integrates via: 4...20 mA, pulse (PNP/NPN), dual/linearized pulse, or 4–20 mA + programmable switching + local display; M12/IP67 connection.

 

The Problem The P395 Solves

Velocity based meters can struggle with viscous or shear sensitive liquids and may need long straight runs. The P78 measures actual volume via volumetric gauging with a precision gearwheel, maintaining accuracy across viscosity shifts and at low flow. It is ideal for batching, consumption tracking, and closed loop control on oils, resins, and adhesives. 

 

What’s New / Why It’s Different

  • High pressure pedigree: up to 10,000 psi (SS); aluminum to 3,600 psi

  • Coverage by design: 9 discrete flow ranges tied to ¼″...1¼″ end fittings (NPT/G/SAE)

  • Signal flexibility: analog, pulse, dual pulse, linearized pulse, or analog + two programmable switches + display

  • Accuracy where it counts: ±1% or ±0.5% of reading; 10:1 turndown with the 0.5% option and custom to 100:1 by request

  • Rugged build: 316L SS or aluminum body, IP67 M12 interface, and seal choices (FPM/NBR/PTFE) to match media and temperature
